• Hourly work is billed as specified in the service agreement

• Pre-existing intellectual property remains with its original owner

Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice. Upon termination:

• You are responsible for payment of work completed
• We will provide any work-in-progress and documentation
• Confidentiality obligations continue after termination

Modifications

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of current terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas.
