Information We Collect

We also collect some information automatically:

• Standard analytics data about how you use the site (pages viewed, device and browser, approximate location), through Google Analytics
• A Google Ads click identifier ("gclid") added to the web address if you arrive by clicking one of our ads. It identifies the ad click, not you.
• During your visit, the pages you view and your recent navigation, tied to a temporary session identifier, plus your approximate location (city and region) derived from your IP address. This lets us see who is active on the site in real time so we can offer to help.

How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to:

• Follow up on completed work
• Understand how the site is used and measure whether our advertising works

Analytics and Advertising

We use Google Analytics to understand site traffic and Google Ads to measure the results of our advertising. These services use cookies and similar technologies.

• Conversion measurement: When you submit the contact form, we record it as a conversion in Google Ads.
• Enhanced Conversions: Your email and phone number are hashed (scrambled) in your browser before being sent to Google, so Google receives only a one-way coded version used to match your inquiry to an ad click. Your readable email and phone are not sent to Google this way.
• Offline conversions: If you arrived from one of our ads, we may send the ad click identifier back to Google to record that the ad produced a genuine lead. No personal details are attached.

You can limit this tracking through your browser settings, the Google Analytics Opt-out, and your Google Ads Settings.

AI Lead Review

To help us respond quickly and prioritize fairly, each submission is automatically reviewed by an AI model (Anthropic's Claude, running on Amazon Web Services) that assigns a simple priority score. The details you submit are sent to this model to generate the score; they are not used to train AI models. A person at Revolve Trading reviews every inquiry. No decision affecting you is made by the AI alone.

Live Chat

If you use the chat widget, we store the messages you send, any contact details you provide there, and the assistant's replies. An AI assistant (Anthropic's Claude, running on Amazon Web Services) generates responses and helps route your inquiry, and a person at Revolve Trading is notified and follows up personally. Chat content is not used to train AI models. You can ask us to delete your chat history at any time.

Service Providers

We rely on a few providers to operate, and each receives only what it needs:

• Google (Analytics and Ads) — site analytics and advertising measurement, as described above
• Amazon Web Services — runs the AI model used to score inquiries
• ntfy.sh — delivers your submission and any attachments to us as a push notification

Your submission itself is stored in our own database, on infrastructure we control.

Data Protection

• Your information is stored securely and accessed only by Revolve Trading staff
• We share data only with the providers listed above, and only to operate the site and respond to you
• We do not sell your information or use data brokers

Client Confidentiality

We treat all client relationships as confidential. We will never:

• Use your company name in marketing without explicit permission
• Discuss your projects or technology setup with others
• Share details of our work together publicly

Your Rights

You may request at any time:

• A copy of any information we have about you
